1. Script Purchases

All script sales are final. By placing an order through Frog Valley Publishing, you agree to the following:

• No refunds or exchanges — All script purchases are non-refundable once the order has been submitted and payment processed.
• Pricing — Scripts are sold at $10.95 per copy plus shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Shipping — Orders are shipped to U.S. addresses only. Shipping costs are calculated based on quantity and destination.

2. Performance Licensing

Purchasing scripts does not grant performance rights. A separate performance license is required to stage any Frog Valley Publishing play. To request a license, please complete our license request form.

• Performance licenses are non-transferable and apply only to the organization, dates, and venue specified in the license agreement.
• Performing a play without a valid license is a violation of copyright law.
• License fees are determined on a per-production basis and will be quoted after your request is reviewed.

3. Copyright & Usage

• All plays published by Frog Valley Publishing are protected by copyright.
• Scripts may not be reproduced, photocopied, digitized, or distributed in any form without written permission.
• Video or audio recording of performances requires separate written permission from Frog Valley Publishing.
• The title, authorship, and copyright notices must appear in all programs, advertising, and promotional materials.

4. Payment

• Payment is accepted via PayPal at the time of order.
• Orders are not processed until payment is received in full.
• Frog Valley Publishing reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Cookies & Analytics

This website uses cookies and third-party services. We categorize them as follows:

• PayPal — Our order page loads the PayPal SDK to process payments. PayPal may set cookies as part of the checkout process.
• Google Maps — Our order page uses the Google Places API for address autocomplete. Google may collect usage data in connection with this service.

Frog Valley Publishing reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
